Mr. Hiltz comes to NCH from Mercy Medical Center in Canton, OH where he served as CEO and President. He has more than 25 years of experience working in healthcare leadership positions and has found a great deal of success by focusing on community, collaboration, and connection. He believes in continuous innovation that improves organizations while maintaining high standards in clinical quality and patient satisfaction.
