The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA) moved from 73^rd to 1^st in the nation from 2015 to 2019 and returned to 1^st this past year according to the Gallup National Health and Well-Being Index.  Collier County was again ranked 1^st of 67 counties in Florida this year according to the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Overall, Collier County’s life expectancy increased 0.6 years across the socio-economic spectrum from 2015 to 2020.
